At Infogressive, we’re about more than revenue, quotas, and adding as many customers as possible. Infogressive was founded upon the goal of creating a team of smart, funny people that enjoy working together and could make work be more than just a “job”. We learned from companies with great culture like Southwest Airlines and Zappos, if our people are happy then great customer service comes almost naturally.
At Infogressive, our employees’ families and happiness come before the Company. That isn’t to say that we won’t move continents to make sure our customers’ needs are met. It just means that there are more important things in life than making a dollar or punching a time clock.
We understand that our approach may not maximize our growth rate; we understand that not everyone will be comfortable working in an environment such as ours, and we’re comfortable with that. We’re growing quickly, our mortgages are paid, we get to work with people we love, and we get to work in a field that we’re passionate about. We think we’re lucky and we appreciate our customers trusting us to help them protect their information!
